The purpose of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations and procedures and principles to be complied with by real and legal persons processing personal data.
Your personal data may only be processed by Bileşim Turizm İnş. San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi Gaziosmanpaşa Hastanesi”) in the capacity of Data Officer under Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”) and related legislation as described below and in accordance with the Private Hospitals Regulation and the regulations of the Ministry of Health and other legislation.

If you apply for a job at the Yeni Yüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital, your personal data, including the curriculum vitae provided, and any personal data relating to your service contract if you are an employee or a related employee of Yeni Yüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital.

- Maintaining information about your health data that should be kept in accordance with the relevant legislation,

Your personal data obtained and processed in accordance with the relevant legislation shall be transferred to the physical archives and/or information systems of Yeni Yüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital and kept in both digital and physical environments.
